This is new with tags, it's just the tag fell off and I put it in the pocket. I've never worn it as it is too short for me being almost 6' tall. This is 100% PU and the lining is 100% polyester. The picture is a transfer meant to mimic a handpainting. There is one little defect on the right sleeve in the middle, it almost appears to be a glue drip. It's just a little shinier than the material and doesn't stand out. It doesn't appear to come off and I wouldn't scrap at it as it's not going to deter from use. The bust is 22" underarm to underarm. The shoulders seam to seam is 18.5". Arms-length from the underarm seam down is 18". The length from the underarm down is 12.5" and from the top of the shoulder down is 24". It is 23" across the bottom.
