This is a cute New York and Company skater dress in navy blue made with high quality fabric and flattering design. Zips in back and had an adorable cut out. Dark silver jewels sewn across the collar. Used and with very minor spots on one area of the front, but not very noticeable when on. Great for a any semi formal event.
