Dear Lisa, I am a fellow POSH seller. I just listed this dress on my site, and I failed to do my homework first. So, mine is priced quite a bit more than most. However, I want to be fair with you and let you know that this dress retails (seriously) for $695.00. Another listing for the same dress you and I are trying to sell has a listing that comes up right above yours, in size 12 like yours, for $180.00. I noticed that buyers are trying to get you to go lower. WOW!! Just WOW!!
