New black dress Beautiful Small

New without tags, size Small by Jack. Black with silvery metallic threads / strips. Velvet shoulder straps, zippered back, lined. Top of strap to bottom hem is 31 1/2” long. Bodice seam (under chest area) to bottom of dress is 17 1/2”. Bodice seam across is 12”. Just a beautiful dress.
