This fabulous pair of Charles by Charles David thigh high black velvet boots are mew never worn in excellent condition! They’re a deep ink black velvet and the block heel is wrapped in the same fabric. There’s some stretch in the fabric so pull them on and tie the top with the drawstring to fit comfortably and securely. These boots are lightweight and so easy to wear; totally all season boots. Super versatile and elevated style with comfort. Perfect! Size 8 2” heel 26“ bottom of heel to top of boot 7.5” boot opening diameter I’m 5’4” for reference.
