New chiffon scarf/vest

This is a one size fits most convertible vest 100% polyester chiffon. It is an animal print and very soft and light. It has two holes in which you can use as a vest but you can also tie this as a normal scarf as well. This has never been worn and in fact still has the plastic stub but no tags. This comes from a smoke free home and will be mailed same business day.
