New drawstring overpiece / cover up

Size: One Size Brand: Cute Options Lightweight Side slits at the bottom of dress Came with thread stragglers (from the stitching/sewing), which I left as is. A poor job was done by manufacturer on the interior side along the area housing the drawstring (Pics of interior; see last 7 pics). For example: They did not hem the top & bottom edges, so the bottom stitching in one area encasing drawstring has come loose.
