New exact change side slit velvet trim long skirt

This is a new skirt by exact change.size large.i bought it to match a sweater and never wore it.there are 23 inch slits on both sides.the front bottom has floral velvet decorations.back is plain.pull on elastic waist.100% polyester. Waist is 15 inches across flat and unstretched.total length is just past 39 inches.the close up shows the color best.
