New with tags. Cute and very comfortable flag top with straps and off shoulder bat wings. Can be worn for various flag red, white, & blue pride colors. Bat sleeve style will not expose side of body, so no need to wear extra tank or garment for coverup. This top runs roomy and will fit comfortably a size medium and a small frame large, in my opinion from trying this top on see measurements below. Approximate measurements: Length 23” Bust 22” measured from inside of top from pit to pit
