New halter top maxi dress in cotton soft light denim XL

Stunning all-cotton maxi dress in a light denim. Size XL but it seems smaller. Halter top - bodice has gathered elastic back for a great fit. Beautiful crochet work. New with tags. Made in Peru. Bead detail on halter straps. Waist measured flat unstretched is 10”, but stretches to about 19”. Great dress to wear as a wedding guest or for a summer party.
