New handcrafted Size 7 circle skirt

This is a new handcrafted circle skirt in a size 7. The large flower print fabric is vintage. It has cotton crocheted lace along the hem. To prevent the dye in the vintage fabric from running, please soak in white vinegar and water before washing.
