New homecoming/ fit and flare dress

Never ended up wearing it to homecoming, brand new with tags! From JC Penney’s, no longer sold there. Brand is DJ-Jaz. This has the color changing fabric that is a base of silver and when the light hits it, it adds pink and blue highlights. Slightly off the shoulder top with tulle under for added volume. Size 1 so technically XS but I am a small and it fit great. The second photo is an example of a photo with flash, it has lots of sparkle.
