Never worn ! In perfect condition. These are gorgeous over the knee boots by INC Itn’l Concepts. 4” heels makes you look sophisticated & sexy. The color is so versatile, dress up or down. They have a slouched look, but are still OTK. Zipper on side. Size: 7.5 US Shaft: 24” Toe to Heel: 9” Heel: 4” Never been worn. I’d keep them but they are a tad too small.
