Are the outside of these shoes soft material or hard?

@findregina I would say medium. They are a trail runner but are softer than typical hiking/ trail running shoes. They are also more durable than your typical running shoes..

Actually I think they’re soft like typical running shoes but not like cloudfoam sneakers. I took them out of the box and they were way softer than a typical trail runner. The size is actually 8.. but when I ordered them many others commented to size down a half size. I’m a solid 8.5 to 9 and they were plenty big.

@carby64 I apologize they are 8. The manufacturer said that they are off by a half size. I will edit the listing. Just for reference I tried them on and they fit like a 8.5.
