New smocked 2 piece skirt set

New with tags perfect fall skirt set by J for Justify. Light brown with mini floral pattern in a silky polyester. Cropped top that’s smocked on front & back with a drawstring down the front middle to cinch and show as much belly as you desire. Long balloon sleeves. Measures 16” from armpit to armpit but very stretchy and 16” long. The skirt is also smocked with a ruffle hem. Waist measures 16” but very stretchy & 16.5” long. Size XL.
