New soft oversized peplum sweatshirt

This is a super super soft sweatshirt peplum style top. The neckline and the cuffs both have raw edged him everywhere else it is finished. It is very very soft. The peplum sleeve has a cute puff to it. This is a great little comfortable top to wear in place of a sweatshirt and you’ll just feel slightly more dressed up.
