New in package black striped shirt dress with bottom tassels. Black stripes over white fabric. Cute nautical design with bottom tassels design. This would be cute for your next cruise or trip. Length is about 34” in the middle longer area and shorter sides length is about 25” where top of the slit hits. Bust is about 38”. Dress is very light and is not lined.
