New w/Tages Hi-Low Maxi Dress

I ordered this dress directly from the manufacturer for a recent girls trip and unfortunately for me it did not fit. It is such a great dress! Hi-Low Maxi design in very light weight material. White with Blue and Gold Foil details. The woven belt comes with little seashells dangling from it. It is sized Large but is much smaller. I am a 29 waist, 34/36 F bust and it does not button on me past the waist band. This dress is sized closer to a US Small.
