New with Tags, Banana Republic Floral Pleated Chiffon Midi Dress with Slip, Tagged Medium but runs large in my opinion. The chiffon (top) dress is about 32” p2p (flat) and it bellows out. Can be worn with or without the fabric belt for a range of sizes. The slip dress underneath is 21” p2p. Neve been worn (with tags attached) and in excellent shape.
