New with Tags H&M Brown Silky Mini Dress with Cut Outs

This brown mini dress is absolutely beautiful, I am obsessed with the sleeves! There are cutouts on the side and a halter tie to secure everything! there’s a bow in the front although for some reason I didn’t have it tied in the photo. There is a zipper on the back as well.
