New with Tags Summer Halter Party dress

White Halter back dress with black inlet designs and a lined skirt. Has been hanging in closet so there are a few small yellow coloring… it can be hand wash if requested. This brand runs small so it fits like a small 6. Never got the opportunity to wear to Aruba!!..great for the beach or a dinner cruise ! If additional pics are needed, pls advise.
