New with tags This is not a jacket but an over shirt with pom pom ties. The Embroidery on the sleeve and around the edges is really sweet. The Seer sucker blue and white fabric is very summery. I love the bell sleeve. I like that the bell starts at the elbow. This shirt is so cute for spring/summer with a tank or over a bathing suit. I really like this one. Thanks for stopping by!
