Brand new with tags. Bought from Bebe in the good old days (when they still had brick and mortar stores) but never had a chance to wear. Stretch bodycon bottom portion with silky blouse top with deep surplice neckline. Black with white, green, and shades of purple print.
*Note there is some extra thread under bust portion (pictured). It doesn’t pull so it’s not running from anywhere, just seems like extra thread that might have been an oversight.

@yenvunguyen I’m 5’5. I’m often in between a xs and small because each brand is different. I was thinner when I bought this dress so this is snugger on me now. If I bought this dress today, I’d probably buy a small. I’m a 25/26 in jeans, 32D, if that helps any. Some people like their clothes tight so the way this fits me might be fine for some people, but it’s snugger than I’d prefer.
