New with tags H&M pleated bubble skirt Margaret Van Den Bosch

The quality in this H&M skirt is unbelievable. I bought it a few years ago and back then the quality is superb to now. It is with hidden pleats and is sort of like a bubble skirt. It is fully lined. Thick and soft, with a fluid drape. I am 5.6” and this goes below my knees. Great with some boot or sandals. Tie waist sash and zips up in the back.
