New with tags Med sweater mini dress

This is a made for me to look amazing dress in medium. New with tags. It has a scarf that matches. The color is maroon and the trim is black. There is a small bit of fraying, but that is how I bought it. You can see it in the slits that are in the front left and right. It looks like it has a small they have strings coming out on the back but not very noticeable.
