New with tags Penguin dress

New with tags never worn, color is Cabernet. Dress has a nice neckline with cap sleeves. The back is rounded and dips down lower than the front neckline. It has darts and seams that fit it to the bust and waist. It has side bands and a flair skirt. This dress even has pockets!! 😃. The dress falls right above my knee, I’m 5’4” tall.
