New with tags crop top long sleeve hoodie

Brand new with tags but wasn’t eligible for return. It’s a size small and I’m a small but the arms are far too tight (I don’t have large arms) so I’ve listed as an XS. Everywhere else fit as expected for a small. Sleeves are full length with a hole for your thumb to go through as an option, bottom has a drawstring, nice fabric, soft but good weight to it. Perfect for a polished but athletic look. Fleece texture inside. Crop length is nice, hitting just below belly button on someone 5’3”.
