New with tags and never worn. I bought this lightweight floral romper from Forever 21. This cute romper has straps and has off the shoulder short sleeves. There is a cute peek hole in the front with cross tie straps. This romper zips up the back. You can wear this romper at a fancy event or you can wear it casually. This would be perfect for the spring or summer.
