Cute button blouse style dress in Navy and white. Flitter cap sleeves with collar and side zipper. Tag says size medium but would best fit a small. I'll iron before sending out. Never worn, new with tags ordered from Modcloth. Measuring while laying flat: 17" across bust, 14.5" to 15" waist. Just a slight stretch in waist but not much. 32" total length from shoulder to hem.

viewshoes Hi. What size would this be the equivalent of in forever 21 or gap? Are you selling because it didn't fit?

careblair @viewshoes it fit me (size small) but I don't remember exactly how roomy it was. I'll take detailed measurements when I get home this evening. I'm selling this (along with most dresses and skirts) because I can't really wear that kind of stuff anymore. A new outdoor job and 2 small kids means my clothing style has changed.
