New with tags, never worn light blue lace dress

This cute little blue dress is new with tags and has never been worn. I purchased this dress from forever 21 with the intention of wearing it to a baby shower. This dress would also be perfect for a spring/ summer wedding, bridal shower, bachelorette party, holiday party or birthday party. It is light dress with a loose fit which I love. I also love the big lace flower pattern which makes it different from the typical lace dresses! It would be cute with tan flats or heels! I am 5’7 and it fits slightly above the knees.
