New without Tag blue and white striped dress double extra large size 20

Very nice soft dress this is mid length short sleeves, soft, net side, slit pockets on both sides and a slit on both sides of the bottom of the dress. It has a tie belt if you want to use it or you can take it off.  48 inch bust without it being stretched. Th of dress from under armpit down is 35”
