New without Tags Lilly Pulitzer Ruth Sequin Sweater Dress

Beautiful black soft sweater dresss embellished with sequins and shimmer threads throughout. Soft ruffles extend from shoulder to almost the waist with long sleeves and a bateau neckline. Fabric is 43% acrylic, 42% polyester, 13% metallic and 2% spandex. Purchase too many Lilly sale items and never got around to wearing this. Comes from a smoke free home.
