New without tag Jannie and Jack dressy skirt

Very beautiful and elegant dressy skirt. Still new. My daughter never wore it. It runs big. It can fit a 12-18 months easily even tho it says 3-6 months. It’s one of those Janie and Jack pieces that run really big
