New w/o tag beautiful baby blue Rosalie dress by Sandro with a pearl rhinestone collar. The color in the last picture is closest to the true beautiful color. Padded shoulders and keyhole neckline. Brand new and have been covered in a bag. Bought at original price for a wedding but did not get to use it. Tag was removed and could not return. Size 1 but fits more like size 0 in my opinion.
