Waist is adjustable with multiple buttons: 3 buttons outside, 3 buttons inside. You are going to use one from outside and one from inside to close. The flat measurements for waist are Largest: 15 inch Middle: 14 inch Smallest 13 inch It means if your natural waist is btw 26 to 30 inch it will fit you. Pleats are in two different sizes.
