New w/tags! Maurices skirt

Black skirt from Maurices. Pull-on style, no zipper closure. Machine wash, like dry. Embellished detail has a velvet texture. Body of skirt is polyester/rayon. This is a black-on-black skirt. I’ve lightened the brightness to show the texture of the velvet detail. (No maroon color in the dress, only black.) Size Small
