New Plus Size 3 pc ruffle chiffon skirt set

This new 2pcs skirt set ( boutique item ) is unique & beautiful. The skirt has layers of lightweight chiffon fabric with a stretchy waist band & no zipper. The top is made out of a stretch spandex fabric, like the waist band and it has adjustable straps. The beautiful arm bands can be worn however u want, on the upper arm or lower!
