This Newborn Little White Smocked Dress is HEAVENLY! Done by Sarah Louise (a high-end Boutique Brand). The details don't disappoint!!! The round collar is done with a matching piping and has a ruffled hem edged in a scalloped pink embroidery. The short sleeves have the same scalloped embroidery detail. Just below the neckline is an array of hand-embroidered pink and white flowers with green foliage. The chest has a smocked band done in an accordion style and is topped with a white chain stitch and white piping. Where the skirt gathers is a two-toned pink embroidered Chevron border. The bottom of the dress has a single French tuck that is trimmed in a scalloped pink embroidery edge. Just above the tuck are sweet hand-embroidered floral bouquets that are spaced evenly around the dress. Dress is fully lined and has an upper button back.
