EUC Newbury Kustom floral bell sleeve dress. No flaws but missing size tag. I believe it’s a size S but please go strictly measurements alone to make sure it will fit. It’s lined and very lovely! Measurements are under arms across chest 17”, arm length is 3/4 length, across back shoulders 14” and overall length is 32”. Material tag missing also.
