This is a tie front shrug from the now defunct brand Newport News. This shrug is semi-sheer and has a tie front and long bell sleeves. The pattern has a morocan tile look to it and is done in brick red with an ombre border on the hemline and sleeves. Tagged Size 10 Length 17", Sleeves 24", Bust 38". 100% Polyester. Machine Wash.
