Newport News Thin Strap Black Dress

Gorgeous "little black dress". The straps and the trim that goes around the top of dress is the same... A simple, yet elegant little "ruffle-like"element. It is as though tiny little pleats are sewn together. The same trim falls from the top left side down to the bottom of dress. Fully lined. Beautiful detail! One of the pics looks grey so as to see the ruffle-like detail a lot better, but the whole dress is black. Tag Size 10. Measurements: chest 36", waist 32", hips 38", length 38.5".
