Are these blue or grey? What is the biggest the waist will stretch to? Inseam? Material content? What is the width of one leg at the thigh?

@spoatyo light blue. waist with no stretch is about 14.5" stretched can go 22-23". thigh at crotch is about 11.5". inseamis about 28".

@spoatyo 98% polyester 2% spandex. front rise is just about 12.5" and back rise is about 15".

Appreciate your promptness very much! On your drawstring pic, even when I magnify my screen a lot, all I see is a smooth, knit-like texture. Is it possible to capture the crinkly texture you're saying? Is it slippery-ish?
