New, with tags. Will fit up to an 8-10. Lightweight trench style coat. Perfect for elevating your evening out look. Subtle shimmer too. Bought this from a local boutique to use as an accessory to my Lois Lange Halloween costume with my husband’s Superman/Clark Kent outfit. Never had a chance to wear.
