Newsprint Sleeveless Top with Scissor-Cut Back

This top is a bit of a mystery to me. Labels inside the garment indicate it's made by Wet Seal, but I can't locate one like this. The care tag is totally black, with no sizing or care info. I found the place that sells the fabric, though, and I've placed screenshots of that with my photos. I think the original top looked much different than this, and someone (IMHO) grabbed their scissors and made it better. I love doing this to tops in the summer months. The scissor work was done very well. All the venting in the back is intact and looks good. I think they could've done better on the shoulder straps, though (it looks too thin to me). At any rate, it's cute. I'm pricing it as low as I can so you can take it. 🙂 All measurements are approximate: Length down center back: 24" Across underarms: 14.5"
