This top is really pretty and on trend! Made by NEXT Plus. It is NWOT (never worn) Size 1X (true to size) The chiffon is printed with birds, crowns, dogs etc. Very cute! It has a circle neckline with 3 feux black buttons. The top has 3/4 length sleeves, and a black lace panel in the back. Very cute with jeans but it's dressy enough to wear to the office!
