Nha Khanh Grey Lotus midi dress, size 2

NWT. Never been worn. Strapless midi dress. White with magenta and black watercolor floral print. Too small for me. Size 2 but fits more like a 0. Has some minor dirt marks on the hem. No idea what from since it’s been sitting in my closet in a bag for a couple years. Could probably be removed with dry cleaning! Otherwise perfect condition. Waist: 12.5” Bust: 14”
