They are a company that harkens back to the day of quality products and quality customer care. They stand by their products, unlike most companies these days. These particular boots are about 12 years old (they don't look it do they??-again, LL Bean quality), soon to be "vintage." And they have many, many more years in them before you'll need to ask LL Bean to restore them.
