Nice black poly/spandex slacks, Chico’s size 1 Regular

These pants are so comfortable, but they look really nice. The fabric is weighty and drapes nicely, so you can dress them up with a nice blouse. The waist is a comfortable sturdy elastic that doesn’t fold over. Unstretched, the waist measures 14” across, stretched it is 16 1/2”. The rise is 12”, the inseam is 30 1/2”, outside length is 42”. Across hips is 21”, across knee is 8 1/2”, across bottom is 8 3/4”. Chico’s size 1 translates to 10 or medium.
