Nice blue 7th Ave blouse Med

Nice vibrant blue Seventh Avenue medium blouse with black lacey trim accent. Very classy, used good condition rarely ever worn. I've worn it over a navy form fitting dress, with a black skirt and with black slacks. Looks amazing either way. Deserves a home where it will get more use. Pics do not do it justice...it's a beautiful vibrant blue! 💙
