Nice dress up tank top

I believe I got this a Dillards a few years ago. The brand is “de chance” in a size medium. It is blue and white striped tank with dristressing around the arms and neck holes. It is longer in the back and also includes a zipper that works in the back. Only been worn a couple of times and no stains.
